CBPTA
Centennial Boosters & Parent Teacher Association
Purpose
The CBPTA exists to support the students of Centennial High School in their school affiliated academic, artistic and athletic pursuits. This support includes but is not limited to volunteering at school events, raising money to support activities, and promoting the school and it's programs.
Our organizational philosophy is that it is easier for parents to become involved with one organization to assist with concessions and fundraising than become members of many smaller groups. The funds raised are then allocated through budget proposals in August and budget approval in September of each year.

What We Do
The CBPTA raises funds and volunteers to support activities across the school.
Over the last three years we have provided over $50,000 to support numerous project and activities across the school community. Some of those things include:
Annual college/training scholarships for students who excel in academics, athletics, performing arts and career education.
Athletic Camps and Tournaments
Athletic Uniforms
Maintenance of Band Uniforms
Musicians and other professionals for the annual musical
Dinner Under the Stars event during musical run
Teacher Appreciation
Hot dogs and ice cream for Senior Sendoff
Photo Booth at Prom
Junk hauling and painting supplies for campus beautification
Vocal Music Awards
Support for equitable access of ALL students to participate in school sponsored activities
These are just some of the things that school staff have chosen to have us support. The CBPTA does not choose specific things to fund. Money is provided in equal amounts to the arts department, the athletic director and the principal who then choose how to combine that money with their own funds to realize their visions for Centennial students.
